No, it's much bigger than a Baby-G! Actually, it's a modified G-Shock DW-8400 Mudman. According to Sjors at the Casio G-Shock forum:

"OK, i have seen this watch before. It's a modified watch. It's a DW-8400 Mudman case with a non Casio module in it. I think it's done because of the big digits. I rather had the real one...I think this one is ugly. Notice that the word G-Shock and the G on the light button are hidden under some kind of ugly black paint. Also the word Casio is scratched away from the display, but they forgot to hide the Casio pattented name ILLUMINATOR which is found on almost every Casio watch with an E.L. backlight.... I guess the director doesn't like G-Shock's."
