Obviously there are a few out there, but I would be surprised if there were nearly as many women with watch fetishes as there are men. The simple reason being that men have more a greater tendency to derive sexual stimulation visually, and thus will have a greater appreciation for a thing's physical appearance.

Women tend to base their attractions more on feelings and emotional connection than appearance, so fewer of them would be inclined to notice or appreciate the beauty that is a large watch such as a G-Shock.

This is not to say that men are shallow by any means, it's just that we are naturally inclined to appreciate things differently than the fairer sex does. =)
