Sounds of games and bells rang out around them. The smell of funnel cakes, elephant ears, and candy apples wafted through the air. The whir of rides and the hum of people talking excitedly rang out through the cool night air. They walked hand and hand until Michael stopped in front of a dark looking building.

She looked up and was met with the grinning face of a green goblin. She turned a gaze at Michael who chuckled at the people coming out of the haunted house. She started when the ticket taker asked for her ticket. Holding out her wrist she showed him her all access wrist band that Michael bought allowing them to ride rides without running out of tickets.

She felt his hand leave hers as he showed he showed the guy his band. A huge man dressed as a hell demon or something gestured for them to sit in a car. Smiling she went in and scooted over for Michael to sit next to her.

They waited for a minute before the car jerked in motion and propelled them into the dark forbidding house. scary music tunes wafted through the air adding to the ambiance and the air turned several degrees cooler. They couldn�t see one foot in front of them and sounds of wolves echoed all around them.

The car sped up a little bit and Michael chuckled again. �Got to give them credit. They sure did spend a lot of time on this.�

Nikita jumped and leaned against Michael as ghoul dropped form the ceiling and cackled horribly. �Maybe a little too much time,� she muttered.

He put his arm around her and held her close. That thing scared the hell out of him. He took a breath and sighed as the car moved deeper into the ride. All of a sudden a door to their left opened up and their car turned sharply into the opened door way. The doors slammed shut and their shouts of surprise were muffled by the thick wood.
