Saeven swishes her tail, watching the two weres. Friendly lot, they are. And surely they have every terrible reason, she thinks dryly. A sob story, she's sure.

"I don't think they much want us here," she says quietly to Tarkin, still perched on his shoulders. "But I'll leave you to deal with them if you wish. I'm going to talk with Deirdre."

With that, the orange cat leaps off Tarkin's shoulders. When she hits the ground, she is no longer a cat, but a honey-orange haired woman. Her green eyes glance, a little distastefully, at the weres, before turning to Deirdre.

"Would you walk a bit with me, Deirdre?" she asks, keeping her voice kind. "We still, I think, need to talk."
