C - Proof of availability of the required project collateral (copy of 10% cash funds bank statement/letter or copy of 10% top bank instrument or copy of 100% S&P rated government guarantee).

BROKERS
Brokers are welcome and protected. As always, our Project Submission Procedure must be followed
and any required NCND Agreement may also be included. Bring us a good deal and we will split our
commission with you!

TIMETABLE
If the information submitted is deemed acceptable by our lender, the borrower will normally receive
within 5 days a complete schedule of all additional documents required in order to conduct proper
due diligence and formally underwrite the project. Average time to closing is 15 to 30 days after the
borrower has provided such additional information. Drawdown of loan funds will occur on the basis
of project phase completion per auditor approval.

DISCOUNTING
We are also able to arrange discounting and hypothecation of any world top 100 bank guarantees
(min. $50 million US).
