I am a professional potter, and thus, enjoy the beauty of the world. I despise the fact that these modern developers spread their filth across the landscape like a foul bout of halitosis. Choose the logical solution - just like classic 70s rockers Supertramp would if they were in control - and SAVE THE HOSPITAL. It could always become a branch of the Tate Gallery - housing existensialist modern sculpture and destructo-art by utilizing the juxtaposed urban environmental metamorphosis, much like the goings-on at Battersea Power Station. It's a magnificent piece of architecture. Don't let it wither and die.
