The photo of the Duchess of Connaught is not the photo of the Duchess of Connaught you refer to. The lady in the photograph is Prince Arthur's (Queen Victoria's son the Duke of Connaught) wife who was born a Princess of Prussia. She would be the mother in-law of the Duchess of Connaught (the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Fife) that the text refers to.
