Wouldn't need much incentive to stay away, myself - especially at night. The place is creepy as hell. Cool, very cool in fact - but evil. Imagine being in there and having a ceiling collapse on you, or falling through a rotten floor. Imagine lying there, trapped by rubble, unable to move, growing weak, with nobody around to hear your shouts (most people would flee at the sound of them)... lying there as it grows dark, and cold, day turns to night, and you helpless and alone, perhaps in THE BLACK LABS, that's THE ANIMAL HOUSE, where ghosts growl and cameras black out, THE FLINCHER NOT 100 YARDS AWAY FROM YOU. Watching.

Imagine. I'd stay away, myself...
