Kat,
How ya doin? you say we're shit at doing our job. I wouldn't criticise anyone for making that comment If they have received a poor service.

The only way forward that I can see is if you explain y you feel this way and what we might be able to put right what we do wrong.

Please remember part of my job is to keep you safe but I am only one person, and Burnham keeps me busy enough. If you have any serious suggestions please do feel free to send me an e-mail which will be treated in 100% confidence, (don't worry, we don't trace e-mail addressess unless it contains serious unlawfull content).

Shortly I am away back home to the hills of Cumbria for a well earnt break, so if it takes me a while to get back to you thats why.

Sorry if these updates have been a bit vague at times but I have to be carefull on a legal basis and with regards to local issues. If you want to meet for a coffee in Burnham High street anytime & discuss any matters please feel free to drop me a line.
