The Flincher is bullshit, created possibly by one teenager screaming "OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT" and running , with his friend in tow.

With the original runner looking terrified etc, playing up this horrible image .....of a big bat...with red eyes

His friend, not wanting to be out done. Hurriedly acteda long with his friends description.

And now what is the potential for some highly trippy and spooky moments, are instead fraught with the idea of a a big evil monster with red eyes.

ghosts maybe. mosters...with glowing eyes?
