How do ?
I don't have anything against people who just want a look without causing any damage to the old place, however this has been a huge drain on local police resources and I fully agree with you, we should be nicking the vandals. It is difficult as these people very rarely admit their crimes and it's difficult to differentiate between the two, the only option we have is to arrest all intruders and this may include you. This is also for everyone's safety as we all know about the asbestos on the site.

I hope you don't see this as a threat because it's not meant to be. It's a case of the small minority ruining it for everyone.

Personally I don't agree with a housing development being built on the site. How about an Abouretum or a park dedicated to wildlife? Whilst working night shifts in the beeches I regularly see deer, badgers, barn & tawny owls and even buzzards (also a lot of drugs!). But that's my own opinion.However I must say once CRCMH has gone it will feel like a porcupine's quill being extracted from my arse!

This is an area that I feel privalidged to work in and love the community spirit that the area has and the people I serve.

Burnham police area also covers the Britwell estate (a bloody busy area!), just to the north of Slough, I am struggling to persued all the bobbies at Burnham nick to patrol the rural areas of Burnham & the Beeches as wildlife, animal and countryside crime is big business and something close to my heart. (coming from the hills of Cumbria the area feels like home)

TO EVERYONE OUT THERE;
Please help me reduce crime & keep the area safe for all of us to enyoy.

Regards,

Graham.
Burnham Police Station.

P.S. Appologies in advance for any spelling mistakes
