Würde mich auch mal interessieren, zumal man an Paracetamol sehr leicht ran kommt.
Aber: Laut Beipackzettel greift es die Leber an und kann bis zum Leberkoma führen. Ich kannte mal einen Alkoholiker der mit der Leber zu tun hatte, das dauerte wohl mehrere Tage und dann lag er Wochenlang im Krankenhaus. Ferner kann wohl die Niere geschädigt werden bis hin zu Nierenversagen. Also nach einem sicheren Tod hört sich das für mich nicht an, eher nach kaputter Niere, kaputter Leber und einem kaputten Körper.
