Clair grins at her "Thank you," and takes the offered card. Clair turns to Coal, holding the card in her palm.
"Ready Coal?" She asked, and Coal stood him self up stright. "Better get off Belle, don't really know what will happen and she might spook." Coal cocked his head slightly, and nodded, and hopped to the ground. She place the card on his forhead, then watched it glow, surrownding Coal in redish, purpalish fire. Would it always be a type of fire, or does that just dictait who gave it, or is resieving it?
Coal looked up her, the fire around him fading along with the card. Clair startled at the slightly tickeling feeling echoing in her mind. The comuntication wasn't in words, at least not in a sound like quality. Her mind translated them into thoughts and feelings that she could understand.
First came the emotion, that not having to be translated, just sent. The warmness of friendship, yet also the hottness of not being reluctent to voice his oppinums, with tackles if nessary. Also the slight coolness of respect. Then the thoughts came a split second later,
~Much better this is.... Now, how bout we go, I want to try this out and see how far we can go befor I can't send you anymore.
Clair nodded, unable to respond as she was in awe at the presence of someone else in her mind. She clutched the fire gem in her hand, feeling the warmth coming from it. She picked up Coal, placed him on Belle, and lead her out to the area surrownding the temple, not uite sure where to go, with a final "Bye, and thank you," Once she'd regained her voice.
~If I'd lnown that this was all it took to render you speachless, I would have had this done even sooner ~ Coal sent, feelings of humer surownding.
(Well the way I see it, is at first, when Clair's mind isn't use to this way of comunication, it will understand the feelings first, then the thoughts behind it, but as it gets use to it, it will be able to do both will be done at the same time. Also, when they are in close contact, like this, I would think that the feelings would be loud and clear, then when you get farther away it wont be as clear)
