Subject: problems installing windows

Hi,

I am a new member of the forum... :)
I am facing some problem when installing Windows.

The problem is I am actually trying to install a fresh copy of windows XP after formatting my drive. But each time when it comes to entering the cd key, it keeps on prompting out that the key is invalid. Then I thought the problem might be with the CD.

So I tried installing Windows 2000. The same problem occurs... message prompting that the key is invalid.. I am really sure I have entered the correct cd key.. but still no luck.. Can it be because of my motherboard or keyboard settings??

Please help...

Thanking you

Fazeela
