Subject: I am very sorry about the banner.

To the person that didn't receive their banner, photo gift or trophy.

I don't like to read or go to the boards. I wanted to apologize to you for the banner, trophy and photo gift. I am very sorry and I will make sure you will get your prizes. I did order 3 banners that were not given on stage. I had two entries in hand and ended up with a total of 14 girls and two boys. If you had a complaint I wished you would have come to me and not the boards.

Keep sake photogenic:
I also had to have the list of photogenic winners to order the personalized keep sake photogenic gift. It is a keepsake gift and I can't order it until I have the names.

Savings bonds:
It was on our paper work that we had to have 20 total contestants entered.
I am sorry to say we only had 16 total contestants.

Trophies:
I had ordered trophies for the 4th of July pageant and they were lost at pageant camp in Dallas last weekend. I was told I would have them in time. I promise to have management awards mail them to you. I would like for you to e-mail me your mailing address and I foward it to him.

I am going to paste and copy an e-mail that was sent to me about my lost trophies in Dallas.
