Subject: Male attention

Something you can't get enough, right?

WRONG! VERY WRONG!

As I found out today.

I had to wear a short skirt and black boots (promoting MUN-long story) and 1)it's only february 19th, so it's chilly outside and 2) no one is stupid enough to wear a short skirt at febr. 19th. Well I already had done it the last two thursdays, so I thought I was kinda already used to those staring looks from all the students, of which a LOT of guys btw. And it still is flattering to get some guy attention, but there's a limit.

I had to go the the Gilde during break to go and get David. That school has the lowest form of High School-education, and the kids there aren't exactly shy and quiet.

SO, as I was walking through the school yard, I've been called literally everything. From slut and bimbo to a lot of approving remarks, there was one group of guys even yelling at me to 'show what I was wearing underneath it' well duh a g-string but THEY didn't have to know it. Even the girls were slagging me, yelling 'OMG, you DON'T wear that to school' and one girl coming up to me asking me 'if I wasn't cold'.

At one point we had a break of an hour, so we went out just to walk or something, and there was this small group of guys walking by, coming up from the front, so they were first saying 'nice legs' and when they'd passed us, they said, just loud enough for me to hear, but in a very charming and flattering way, 'níce ass!'.

I swear, I am NEVER gonna walk in skirts 'till it's either warm enough to, or till I'm not the only one (like MUN and such).

There really is such a thing as an overkill on guy attention. Geez, I was só embarrassed at that school yard, and it ain't all that easy to make me feel embarrassed!

Love&Light,
Romy
