I attended this workshop, though I didn't find out about it on the internet, but through a friend.
When I saw this post I had to simply reply and tell you all what a wonderful day it was. David taught us a chakra exercise which I still do on a daily basis for centering and balance. It has helped my confidence and given me a real boost in my magical work.
