If you are looking to sue this nut, his name is Darius Cordell Murphy aka Jacqulyn Devaroe. Born in Dallas,Tx and attended Lake Highlands H.S. (class of 1987). Attended University of Oklahoma and was Miss Gay America way back when he still had some youth.
Go to www.ripoffreport.com to view all similar complaints about this hostile old drag queen. He reacted the same way when I asked a question about gowns. The emails he sends are long and insulting for no reason. Very strange behavior. If you doubt what I am saying, go to the website www.dariuscordell.com and send in a question. I went to the site to ask for some pictures of some formal gowns and they sent me a response and I send one back to let them know I didn't like the designs and was looking elsewhere... I kept getting the annoying e-mails and I sent one that said I don't like the dresses so please stop e-mailing me well I got a alot of stupid dumb responses from this very rude and unprofessional company it is totally terrible, I told this person a million times to leave me alone and I have a response in my inbox every day DON'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS JERK... And EER you can legally suit this jerk for sharing your info.... Take this jerk outta buss...

I asked some questions through his website and I got a bunch of really insane, long emails responses. When I said I didn't want to buy a dress from him, he blew up and started insulting me and making threats. I think the guy is off his rocker. I told him to leave me alone and not contact me again...he will not stop contacting me! He threatened me, saying he knew my IP address and name...so could find where I live. I'm considering contacting the police if the harassment does not stop. I can't believe I was so close to buying as dress from him.UGh..
