We all get so hung up on SO MANY other things, including competeing in pageants that we sometime look over the smaller things in life that can bring so much joy. I got this poem off another board and would like to share it with regards to the loss of your child...

GODS GARDEN

GOD LOOKED AROUND HIS GARDEN AND FOUND AN EMPTY PLACE
HE THEN LOOKED DOWN UPON THIS EARTH AND SAW YOUR TIRED LITTLE FACE.

HE PUT HIS ARMS AROUND YOU AND LIFTED YOU TO REST, GODS GARDEN MUST BE BEAUTIFUL, HE ALWAYS TAKES THE BEST.

HE KNEW THAT YOU WERE SUFFERING HE KNEW YOU WERE IN IN
HE KNOWS THAT YOU WOULD NEVER GET WELL ON EARTH AGAIN.

HE SAW THE ROAD WAS GETTING ROUGH AND THE HILLS ARE HARD TO
CLIMB
SO GOD CLOSED YOUR WEARY EYELIDS AND WISPERED:
"PEACE BE THINE"

IT BROKE OUR HEARTS TO LOSE YOU BUT YOU DIDN'T GO ALONE
FOR PART OF US WENT WITH YOU, THE DAY GOD CALLED YOU HOME

I got this off another pageant board and thought it was too beautiful not to share. I hope I never know the pain of someone that has lost a child, however, I hope I have the strength to endure and continue on such as yourself.
