NATIONAL PHOTO CONTEST




Glamour Kidz USA Photo Contes
****Now accepting January entries****

Glamour KIdz would like to welcome you all to our new
"Supreme Faces" photo contest!

This is a monthly contest for boys and girls of all ages
and there will be a monthly grand supreme and mini supreme winner.
Each grand supreme winner will go on to the grand finals to
compete for our "Ultimate Supreme Face of 2005."
This winner will receive an awesome crown, $500 bond,
custom banner, bravo banner and advertisement through out
there year of reign. The winner will be announced in June!!!


PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE ENTERING!
*This is a Glitz photo contest, so please enter
professional pageant headshot.
*Contest is open to all and all ages are welcome.
*Entry fees are $20 for one photo and $5 for additional
or $35 for unlimited.
*Deadline to enter is the 15th of the month by midnight.
*Photos are to be headshots only in color or black and white.
*Send all photos 5x7 in .jpg format with name, dob, mailing
address and email.
*All entries will be posted within 24 hour after payment
has been received
*Winners will be posted on the 20th of the month.
*Photos are judged on quality, glitz appeal, hair/makeup,
facial beauty, overall impression
*We only use qualified judges and all judges decisions are
final and no refunds.
*We reserve the right to extend deadline if needed but I
do not foresee this happening.
*Anyone's falsification will result in disqualification
with no refund.
*Payments are to be made through paypal as service only
to glamourkidz@aol.com.
*No bad sportsmanship will be tolerated!

Prizes
Grand Supreme: Beautiful crown and Mini Grand Supreme paid
to Nationals!
Mini Grand: Beautiful Tiara and Beauty fees paid to Nationals!
All honorable mention winners will receive 1/2 off beauty fees to Nationals.



By signing this form, I agree I have read all rules and agree
to all rules that apply as stated above. I understand that
no refunds are given under any circumstances and all judges
decisions are final. I give Glamour Kidz USA permission to
use my child's photo for advertising purposes as needed.
