電影「炮製女朋友」前晚於香港舉行首映，儀式進行期間，突然傳出發生火警，大批警方隨即趕到現場，經過調查，最後發現是有人假報火警，讓大家虛驚一場。鄭伊健認為是有人惡作劇，請出席的記者放心進場欣賞好戲；趙薇則說，來港出席電影首映禮多次，還是第一次遇上虛報火警的怪事。

趙薇專程由北京來港為電影宣傳，逗留只短短一日就會離開。當晚她悉心打扮，首次試戴藍色隱形眼鏡，配襯一條在香港買的藍色新裙。由於她的衣著常被香港媒體批為沒有品味，故前晚趙薇見到記者，忙說：「我穿得還可以吧？」

鄭伊健與經紀人林姍姍一同出席首映，兩人合作不覺間已快10年，他們計畫９月舉行一個盛大的派對，慶祝多年來的合作愉快。
