對於今年的「金雞百花」影節，徐靜蕾與張元都不表態。張元說：「以前我是在國外拿獎，現在我希望能在國內拿個獎。」

對於曾合作過的徐靜蕾與趙薇，張元表示，她們都是很優秀的演員，正逐步向演技派轉型。「通過《我愛你》大家可以看到徐靜蕾的演技大有增長；而趙薇在《綠茶》裡會有很不一樣的表現。她們完全是可以演很長時間的演員。」目前《綠茶》已進入後期製作。
