瓊瑤的「還珠格格」連續劇，把趙薇捧成華人世界閃閃發光的紅星，趙薇也因此加入瓊瑤媳婦何琇瓊所主導的仲傑經紀公司。如今5年的約期年底將屆，大陸盛傳她將與嫂嫂陳蓉攜手闖天下，與瓊瑤師徒之情已盡。對此，瓊瑤說：「她在，是我們的光榮；她走了，我也祝福她！」

對於自己與「仲傑」的關係，昨天人在北京的趙薇說：「我們的關係很好，會繼續再合作，只是合作方式會有改變，我們還在細談。」

何琇瓊則說，今後與趙薇的關係，可能就是以個案方式，默契的為她處理些海外的事。

對「仲傑」的事從不過問的瓊瑤，並不清楚公司有哪些藝人？，趙薇是她一手捧紅，她當然知道。不過她質疑說：「趙薇是不是我們的演員？恐怕早就名存實亡了吧！」

打從夫婿平鑫濤生病後，瓊瑤說她變得很痲痺。「以前我總爭強好勝，其實也沒什麼大不了的。每個人有自己的天下、自己的命，趙薇當初來演『還珠』，是她的幸運，也可能是不幸，因為她雖然名利雙收，但也受到很多的侮辱。也許平凡才是幸福。我祝福她早日得到真正的幸福。」

今年以「天下無雙」入圍金馬獎最佳女配角的趙薇，由於頒獎當天，她將擔任北京希望工程慈善活動的代言人，因此無法來台參加。對此她說：「反正我是陪榜，因為喜劇的東西很難得到評審的青睞。」
