when the purchasing 116 bus that could be orion7?

3 depot need new bus: that is:

micheal J. Quill depot ( 45 buses that could be orion7?)

and

Gun hill Depot ( 71 buses ) that could orion7?

why if Gun Depot want take control the of Bx31. they need orion7. there many eledry people using BX31. so new 71 purchase of bus have to go to Gun Hill Depot.
