Rent is £295 per month + council tax (£65) and share of bills. Very central location: 15 mins walk from Princes Street & Waverley Station. Looking for a non smoking professional or post-grad student who is friendly, sociable & easy going etc. The property is a spacious, top floor 2 bedroom flat with: large lounge (tv,dvd,video,hi-fi and internet access), nice dining kitchen with dishwasher, pine table, etc. Shower room with small washbasin and toilet. Good pub across the road; Tesco is 10 mins walk. Lots of local shops, delis, cafes etc. I don`t own the flat, I rent it from somebody else, so you don`t have to live with the landlord!
