I have a 2/3 bedroom fully furnished flat to rent in Edinburgh. The flat dates from the 1880 and has period features, is in the centre of town (Marchmont) and benefits from free on street parking. All brand new furnishings including washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, living flame gas fire, central heating, double glazing, power shower, broadband internet connection, and all linen is provided.

The flat comprises a beautiful entry hallway, a bright spacious lounge, kitchen/dining room, study/bedroom 3, a very large double room, double bedroom and bathroom.

The rent is �900 per month and is for a minimum 6 months.
