hello
i saw your ad looking for a flat. My place is in the East End and the rent is £200 per month, plus bills.
It's very close to the city centre, the available room is large with a high ceiling, there's a fully functional gas kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, fridge and shower to share. It is a secure penthouse tenement flat in a safe area, half an hour's walk from the city centre. I really need to find somebody by the end of the year so if this sounds OK get in touch.
