That site number has never been corrected or changed since the old Cormax days. Your right the outstanding shares are today around 37 million with a public float of about 8

million. The trading of the last two weeks should have turned over the float a couple of times.
Peter and group are headed to Florida Today to meet with Wachenhut people tomorrow. They fully expect to come away with substantial deal. I think Friday was a little profit taking after run, maybe lull continues tomorrow or maybe we see it heading north with strength. Lull would only be temperary as more news should be coming.
