He turned quickly, his mouth open a little revealing white teeth. It was a reflex he learned from his pack, and when he saw who it was, quickly stopped the quiet growl and shook his head. He wasn't much of a talker, only during necessary times.
"No...I'm new..."
His ears flicked at a cracking branch behind them and he turned his attention back to the male.
"Just looking for wolves."
His head raised a little, not in a challenging way, just to show he was strong and would have a high position when he made his mark on the rest of the pack.
