Varsinkin makuuhuone, jossa on 2 "ulkoseinää" on valitettavan kylmä. Me ja 7-vuotias neitivillis kyllä tarkenemme, koska nukumme mukavasti vesisängyssä, mutta 13-vuotias vanha herra tuntuu välillä olevan kylmissään. Se ei ole koskaan oppinut nukkumaan sängyssämme ja siksi viettää yönsä lattialla, sängyn vieressä. Olen laittanut sille vanhan fleese-takin alle, ja tykkää nyt kovasti. Vaikka paksussa talviturkissa koira onkin, jaakylmalla taysin eristeettoman vanhan italialaistalon kivilattialla ei nukkuisi varmaan jaakarhukaan. Lumikin on lampimampaa!
