Itse menin omakotiyhdistys -toimintaan mukaan 17 vuotta sitten, ja olen ollut koko sen ajan hallituksessa / sihteerinä / rahastonhoitajana. Uusia, toimivia jäseniä ei näiden vuosien aikana ole saatu mukaan kuin 2-3 kpl. Hallituskin on lähes samassa kokoonpanossa kuin 17 vuotta sitten! Vanha hallitus alkaa uupua ja ideat on loppuunkäytetty! Jäsenmaksu on meillä tosi pieni, silti heti kysellään "mitä sillä SAADAAN?". Siis saaminen on ainoa kiinnostava asia, ei osallistuminen ja yhdessä tekeminen! (no, ei nyt aivan kaikille, mutta kumminkin...) Samaa vikaa siis muussakin yhdistystoiminnassa (sorry, aiheen vierestä) Katsotaan nyt, saadaanko Tampereelle osastoa... terv.
