Meillä koirat on aina syönyt monipuolisesti, erittäin korkealaatuisia nappuloita, raakaa lihaa, vihanneksia, kotiruuan jämiä, luita... Nyt 12-vuotias vanhus sai kuitenkin välilevytyrän (spondyloosi) joka käy jokaisen nikaman läpi ja jossakin vaiheessa sen elämä loppuu tähän tautiin. Vanha koira on kuin vanha ihminenkin - kroppa loppuu jossakin vaiheessa.
