Ja jos ne eivät laskeudu kivespusseihin suht´ normaalissa ajassa, ne kannattaa ehdottomasti leikkauttaa eläinlääkärillä, koska kivessyövän mahdollisuus on tosi suuri silloin, kun ne eivät ole laskeutuneet kivespusseihin. Itselläni oli aikoinaan colliekasvattiuros, jolle jäi laskeutumatta, enpä enää muista oliko vain toinen vai molemmat kivekset. Koira oli kuitenkin 5-vuotias sairastuessaan kivessyöpään, ja kuoli lyhyen aikaa sairastettuaan. Oli aivan mahdotonta katsoa sivusta perheen surua heidän menetettyään ainokaisen koiransa.
