7/30/08 This Morning I saw a city bus 864 double park on 4th ave corner of 99st. Along came an Acce Ride have the light to keep on going. But the city bus #864 that was double park got right on front and cutting off the Acce Ride almost about to hit the Acce ride. The bus driver kept on going just to double park right on 4th ave between 99St and 100St. just to go to the pharmacy. The Acce ride have the right away. He walk by me I told him he was about to hit the Acce ride he just kept on walking he didn't care at all.
