Q-10 BUS IS NOT RUNNING YOUR WAY!!! I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON UP-SET ABOUT THE WAY THE MTA TREATES THEIR CUSTOMERS AT UNION TPK QUE GARDENS TURMINUS. WHEN I GET OFF OF THE F OR E TRAIN AT QUE GARDENS STATION THE LINE TO QUE-UP FOR THE Q10 BUS IS RAPPED AROUND THE BLOCK. FOR ABOUT 20 MIN THEN WHEN A BUS FINELY COMES THE BUS DISPACTHER IS STANDING THEIR AND COMES UP TO THE BUS AND TELLS THE DRIVER TO GO UP LEFFERTS BLVD WHERE ALL OF THE WHITE PEOPLE LIVE. THIS BUS LINE IS GETTING WORSE EVERY DAY. THEN WHEN THE BUS GETS UP TO ROCKAWAY BLVD ANOTHER DISPACHER IS THERE AN REROUTES THE BUS BACK TO ROCKAWAY BLVD AND 130 AVE WHERE ALL OF THE BLACK AND MINORITIES LIVE. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? THE BUS IS EMPTY. ALL OF THE PEOPLE ARE STILL DOWN AT QUE GARDENS TURMINUS WAITING AND WAITING FOR A BUS TO GO TO SOUTH OZONE PK 130TH AVE AND SUTTER AVE. THIS IS DISCIMINATION. WHAT CAN WE DO TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING. BETTER BUS SERVICE FOR OUR COMMUNITY.
