果酸的確可以去除死皮，但產品中或正使用的其他護膚品中，可能有其他容易堵塞毛孔的成分，像Isopropyl isostearte、Isopropyl lineolate、Isopropyl myristate、

　Oleth-3、PEG-16 Lanolin及Lauric acid等。含這類成分的護膚品，都不是容易生暗瘡或粉刺人士的最佳選擇，購買時要留意。不易阻塞毛孔的成分例子亦有不少，包括Acetylated lanolin、PEG-75 lanolin、Isopropyl alcohol、Cetyl alcohol及Oleth-20等。

　問﹕容易長暗瘡的人選化妝品或護膚品時，有什麼要訣﹖

　答﹕可留意包裝上有沒有書明「Non-comedogenic」（不堵塞毛孔）的字樣。雖然不可盡信，但可作參考。如果用後長暗瘡或粉刺，便要停用。
