Subject: TNL Mailing List

Well, just to ensure that Jesse doesn't get upset that I went and declared myself "interim webmaster" I figured I might as well make good use of the temporary control and do something for the good of TNL: Create a mailing list. It's originally Jesse's idea, and he had it all plotted out that an every-so-often TNL newsletter could be shipped out to those on the TNL mailing list.
