"What are you doing here?" The large body of Ispan appears from around the corner. You are located under the ground and after looking up and not seeing the way in or out, you frankly don't want to be here. His dark forest eyes gleam in the mossy darkness. You glance away from his searching gaze, down to where he had come from. In the dimness you can see a large pit, steam streaming from its smoking depths, and across that a stone shelf carved naturely into the wall of the cavern in the solid dirt. Only at the mouth of this immense underground world, you wonder what's beyond.

Just then he deverts your attention by blocking your vision. He had been watching you study this puzzling world, and only now decided that you had seen enough.

Ispan brings his nose close to yours, his breath smelling slightly of threat. "Only I know the secret to get across, and those I bestow the secret upon. One wrong step and a wolf can fall to his death. If you are a wolf of Mylisica, and a follower of mine, then leave. This is no place for you. If you bring a prisoner then give him or her to me. If you come to free a prisoner," his smile is positively ghastly as his lips curl. "Then go right ahead. I won't stop your attempt."
