Subject: Zucchini Jam

6-7 cups unpeeled zucchini,cut into chunks
4 cups sugar
1Ž2 cup lemon juice
1 cup (8 oz. can)crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) packages apricot Jell-o

Boil zucchini for 10 minutes.Drain and mash.Add sugar, lemon juice
and pineapple.Boil 10 minutes.Remove from heat and stir in Jell-o.
Stir well,pour into clean jars and seal.
