Subject: SOUTHWESTERN POTATO CRISPS

1 package (26 oz) frozen battered skin on potato slices
8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese with jalapenos,sliced
1 jar (16 oz) chunky mild salsa
3/4 cup sour cream
12 black olives,each cut crosswise into 4 slices
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preheat broiler.Arrange potato slices on 2 ungreased baking sheets.
Broil until golden Remove from oven.Cut cheese to fit over each
potato slice.Top slices with cheese.Broil until cheese is melted.
Cool.Transfer to serving
platters.Top each with salsa,sour cream,and olives. sprinkle with
cilantro.
