Subject: Glaze for Pork Chops

6 ounces Jack Daniel's whiskey
2 quarts pure maple syrup
1 ounce Kitchen Bouquet sauce
1 quart olive oil
Pork chops

Place whiskey in 4-quart heavy-gauge saucepan.Averting face and
hair,ignite alcohol with long match.Allow to burn until flame dies.*

Once flames have subsided,add maple syrup and Kitchen Bouquet.
Simmer on low heat 5 minutes.

Remove pot from heat;slowly whisk in oil.Allow glaze to cool to
room temperature.

In separate bowl,add pork chops and marinate with glaze. Cover bowl
and refrigerate at least 4 hours before cooking.

Marinates up to 5 pounds of meat.
