Subject: Busy day lemon cheesecake

Note:The prep time does not include the 1-hour chill time.

1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 cups milk
1 3.4-ounce box Jell-O lemon instant pudding mix
1 8-inch graham cracker crust
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs,optional

Blend softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of the milk.Add remaining
milk and the pudding mix.Beat slowly with egg beater just until
well-mixed,about 1 minute.Do not overbeat.Pour at once into graham
cracker crust.Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs lightly over top,if
desired.Chill about an hour.
