Subject: Peach White Chocolate Malt

2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons malt powder or malted milk powder
1 tablespoon creme de cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup white chocolate
4 ripe peaches

Place all ingredients,except peaches,in a double boiler until
mixture is warm and chocolate is melted.Stir just enough to make
smooth and don't overmix.Let cool.Mixture should have a pourable
consistency --if not,add a little cream.Blend with ripe peaches to
make about 4 malts.
