1 pound chicken breast,cut into chunks
1 cup diced red peppers
1 cup diced onions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Chopped garlic
1 cup white wine
3 plum tomatoes
Sprig of fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons butter
1 pound ziti pasta,cooked

Sautee all vegetables together on medium heat in olive oil. Add chicken and
simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add sprig of fresh rosemary,salt and pepper and 1 cup white wine.Reduce
this mixture over continued heat.

Add fresh plum tomatoes simply by squeezing them into the pan,then throwing
in whole tomatoes.

Add heavy cream and butter.Reduce this entire mixture, then set aside.

Boil pasta water and cook ziti until al dente.Pour sauce over pasta and
serve family style.Grate fresh cheese on top.Serves 4.
