Subject: Lemon Bars

1 package lemon cake mix,dry
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mix together the dry cake mix,egg and oil.Keep out a small amount of
crust
for the top and spread the rest in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake crust
for
15 minutes or until golden brown.Cool.Mix together the cream cheese,
sugar
and lemon juice.Spread over baked,cool crust.Crumble the remaining
crust
ingredients over the top and bake for another 15 minutes (or until
golden
brown on top).Cool and cut into bars.These are best served chilled.
