Subject: Shelley's Easy Scalloped Potatoes

5-6 Russet Potatoe's

1/2 Cup-1 Cup All-Purpose Flour

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Cup-1 Cup Milk

1 Tablespoon Margarine

Peel,wash and slice Potatoes,place in bottom of Casserole..Salt,sprinkle flour sparingly in Potatoes...Dab Margarine all throughout..Pour Milk on top coating Potatoes..Bake in 350 degree Oven til Potatoes are tender..May have to add more Milk and or Margarine..This dish is great with Steak,Pork Chops,Salad,Bread
