Subject: Schwarzwald Torte, oder Schwarzwald Kirschtorte

Buy two chocolate sponge cake layers. (Unless you are a masochist, and want to bake them yourself)

Buy a small bottle of Kirsch.

Buy some red glaced cherries.

Buy some cooking chocolate. (Dark chocolate will do.)

Soak cherries in some Kirsch.

Sprinkle both cakes liberally with Kirsch. (Both sides)

Make up a chocolate cream.

Use whipped cream icing-sugar and cocoa, and Kirsch.

Sprinkle sponges again with Kirsch. (Don't dissolve them)

Put chocolate in some lukewarm water to soften slightly.

Put cream on top of one sponge cake.

Sit other one on top of other.

Cover liberally with cream mixture.

Retrieve cherries from Kirsch.(Save left over Kirsch)

Plonk cherries all over top of cake.(About 2cm apart)

Retrieve chocolate from water.

Grate chocolate with coarse side of grater, all over cakes.

Piss veges off out of vege-crisper part of fridge.

Who wants to eat veges when you have Black Forest Cake?

Place cake in vege-crisper.

Mix up remainder of Kirsch, cherries, cream, chocolate.

Put in blender.

Drink contents of blender.

When you wake up, the cake should be ready to eat.
