Subject: Cheesy Vegetable Bake

1 bag frozen broccoli
1 bag frozen cauliflower
1 bag frozen carrots(sliced)
cheese slices
2 sticks butter(melted)
1-2 sleeves ritz crackers(crushed)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.In a 13"x9" baking dish dump in the broccoli,cauliflower and carrots.Place cheeses slices over the entire top of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle the crushed crackers over top of the cheese to covering it well.Pour the melted butter over everything. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until veggies are tender (about an hour).
