Subject: Meaty Velveeta Salsa Dip

2lbs Velveeta Cheese
1.5 lbs hamburger or sausage or mixture of both
1 large jar chunky salsa

Brown beef in large pot,crockpot or microwavable bowl.
Drain well
Add 1.5-2 lbs cheese cubed
Add jar of salsa to taste
You can use mild,medium or hot salsa depending on the fire you want in the taste.Also,if you use sausage it will spice it up as well.Serve with Scoops or tortilla chips while warm.Makes a great fast meal as well and great for work luncheons!
