Subject: Mexican Casserole

1 pound ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 can whole kernel corn,drained
2 cups bisquick
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can(15 ounces)tomato sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cook ground beef and onion until beef is
brown.Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.Stir in taco mix,
tomato sauce and corn.Sprinkle with cheese.Stir remaining
ingredients until blended.Pour over beef mixture.Bake 35 minutes or
until golden brown.Serve with sour cream,chopped tomato and shredded
lettuce,if desired.For High Altitude:Heat oven to 375 degrees.
